  • Yes! All of our stainless steel pieces are waterproof, tarnish resistant, and hypoallergenic. You can shower, swim, sweat, and live in them without worry.

WILL MY STAINLESS STEEL EVER TURN MY SKIN GREEN?

  • Nope 🤍 Our stainless steel jewelry is made to last. It won’t fade or leave green marks, just long lasting shine.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY STAINLESS STEEL JEWELRY?

  • Simply rinse with mild soap and water if needed and dry with a soft cloth. That’s it, no fancy cleaners required.

IS 14K GOLD JEWELRY FINAL SALE?

  • Yes. Our Luxe Line is made from solid gold and is considered final sale. However, if your piece ever needs repair, we’ll do everything we can to help bring it back to life.

WHY DOES THE 14K COST MORE?

  • Solid gold holds its value over time, making it an heirloom worthy investment. These pieces aren’t just jewelry, they’re designed to be treasured for generations.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY 14K GOLD JEWELRY?

  • Gently polish with a soft cloth to keep the shine. Avoid harsh chemicals and store in a safe place when not being worn.

WHAT ARE YOUR STRETCHY BEADED BRACELETS MADE OF?

  • We use gold filled, sterling silver, or solid gold beads strung on a durable, stretchy cord.

WHAT IF MY STRETCHY BRACELET BREAKS OR STRETCHES OUT?

  • We can restring your bracelet for a small fee so you can keep wearing your favorite piece.

ARE YOUR BEADED BRACELETS WATERPROOF?

  • Sure are! Our gold filled and sterling silver beads are tarnish resistant and safe for daily wear. They are made of the same material as our permanent jewelry. Just give them a gentle rinse if exposed to lotions or oils.

WHAT IS PERMANENT JEWELRY?

  • Permanent Jewelry is just like a regular bracelet except it has no clasp. Instead of a clasp, it is welded together. 

WILL I REALLY HAVE IT FOREVER?

  • These bracelets are not indestructible. Most are made with extremely dainty chain which do need to be handled with care. Like with any piece of jewelry, the better you take care of it, the longer it will last.

HOW DO I EXTEND THE LIFE OF MY JEWELRY?

  • We recommend cleaning/polishing your jewelry often. You can use a mild soap (like DAWN or DOVE), a soft bristle toothbrush and clean it while in the shower. Make sure to rinse and dry thoroughly. 

WHAT MATERIAL IS THE JEWELRY MADE OF?

  • Everything we offer is either 14k solid gold, gold filled or sterling silver.

IF IT'S PERMANENT, CAN I NOT TAKE IT OFF?

  • You can easily remove the jewelry with scissors. Just simply cut the jump ring where it was welded. 

DOES IT HURT?

  • Not at all! The welding pen zaps the metal but never physically touches you.

WILL I GET PULLED ASIDE AT THE AIRPORT?

  • No! Small, delicate jewelry never needs to be removed at security. SCORE!

ARE THESE AVAILABLE AS GIFTS?

  • Gift cards are now available for purchase! But, the physical welding needs to be done in person.

CAN I WEAR THIS IN THE WATER?

  • 14k gold filled jewelry is tarnish resistant, making it great for everyday wear!

WHAT IF I HAVE TO REMOVE IT FOR A PROCEDURE?

  • Make sure to cut it off at the welded jump ring and save the chain. We can reweld it for you!
